What is Game Day Cheerleading?

Non-Competitive Game Day (formally sideline)

The Game Day format will teach cheers, and include a concentration of offense and defense cheers, along with our school fight song!
We will also incorporate a pom dance, basic stunts, like shoulder sits, half/full extensions and liberties, along with standing tumbling, and jumps.
The Game Day format is about leading and rallying up a crowd to cheer with you, through the use of poms, signs, megaphones, and rally towels!
Practice starts the first week of August, and the season will end when football ends, with either a play off or a super bowl football game, at the end of November.
Our Competition Game Day coaches will be involved, because the goal of this new program is we want the Non-Competitive Game Day to become a feeder for our Competitive Game Day Team.
Registration will now also include the uniform, cheer bow, and a set of poms!
